Visiting this website

The hosting provider (Railway) processes technically necessary data such as your IP address in server logs to deliver the page. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. A cookie only stores your chosen language.

Key requests for LuminaBeat

When you request a key we store your name, e-mail address, optional message and the date, to process the request and send you the key. The data is deleted on request, and requests that were not approved are deleted after 12 months at the latest.

License activation

When LuminaBeat is activated and about every 30 days afterwards, the program sends the license key, an anonymous PC identifier (hash value), the PC name and the program version to our license server. This is used only to manage your license (e.g. the limit of PCs per key). Your music, images and videos never leave your PC.

Cookies

This website uses no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies and loads no external fonts or scripts (videos only when you start them, see below). Only two technically necessary cookies may be set: "lang" stores the language you chose yourself (1 year), and "session" keeps the site owner logged in to the admin area. No consent banner is needed for these. You can delete cookies in your browser at any time.

YouTube videos

Some projects show a video. Until you click play, only a preview image stored on our own server is shown and no connection to YouTube is made. When you start a video, it is loaded from YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd.) in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com); YouTube then receives your IP address and may store data on your device. The link "Watch on YouTube" opens the video directly on youtube.com.

Downloads

We count how often the installer is downloaded per day – without any personal data.

Your rights

You can ask for information about your stored data, its correction or deletion at any time, and you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
